"The Six-Sided Circle": Order todAy & change tomorrow!

PRINCIPLE #1 — KNOW WHEN TO START

Develop the skill of Knowing When to Start by tuning in to two subtle signals from your body: the twinge and the hum.

  • The twinge, often felt in the gut, signals hesitation or caution.
  • The hum, usually sensed in the chest around the heart, signals harmony and readiness.

These sensations vary from person to person. By paying attention, you learn to recognize these cues and take action at the right moment.

Reflective Exercise:
Spend a day noticing moments when you feel hesitant (twinge) or inspired (hum). Journal each experience and reflect on how recognizing these signals could guide your decisions more intentionally.

PRINCIPLE # 2 — KNOW WHEN TO STOP

Knowing when to stop is about setting boundaries—creating the structure that guides your actions. Just as kites have strings and rivers have banks, your life needs boundaries to focus your intentions, channel your abilities, and maximize your learning and strengths.

Pausing or stepping back ensures your energy is directed where it matters most.

Reflective Exercise:
Identify one area of your life where you often overextend yourself. Set a small, clear boundary for that area this week. Note how this pause changes your focus and energy.

PRINCIPLE # 3 — KNOW HOW TO CONTROL YOURSELF

Knowing how to control yourself is essential for self-direction. You choose how to respond to people and situations based on what you need or want. This choice is guided by self-awareness and self-reflection, the foundation of how you direct yourself.

Developing these skills helps you act intentionally rather than react automatically.

Reflective Exercise:
Think of a recent situation where you reacted impulsively. How could Knowing How to Control Yourself through self-awareness and reflection have changed your response? Write down one strategy to practice control in similar situations moving forward.

PRINCIPLE # 4 — SHARE

Sharing is not about losing or giving away—it’s about creating abundance. When you share, you cultivate and express wealth, knowledge, and resources beyond yourself. True sharing multiplies what you have, fostering generosity, connection, and growth in all areas of life.

Reflective Exercise:
This week, consciously share a skill, insight, or resource with someone—without expectation of return. Reflect on how this act changes your sense of abundance and connection.

PRINCIPLE # 5 — COOPERATE

Cooperation means uniting your energy, thoughts, emotions, and actions with others to achieve a common goal. It begins within you, as a desire to integrate your abilities with those of others. Cooperation harmonizes individual needs and goals with the needs of groups and environments, allowing you to contribute fully to something larger than yourself.

Reflective Exercise:
Identify one project or task where collaboration without expectation of return could enhance results. Plan a small step to intentionally cooperate with others and observe the outcomes compared to working alone.

PRINCIPLE # 6 — COMMUNICATION

Communication is a fundamental part of life—we are always communicating in some form-even silence. Effective communication allows you to express yourself clearly, understand others, and align your actions with your intentions. Mastering this principle ensures that your self-direction is both seen and felt in the world around you.

Reflective Exercise:
Pay attention to a conversation this week where misunderstandings arise. Note how active listening, clear expression, or asking clarifying questions could improve the outcome. Apply one communication technique intentionally in your next interaction.
